Anime style artists needed for new game

We are currently creating a new fantasy online role playing game built in macromedia flash. We're looking for experienced anime-style artists and illustrators who can quickly produce high volumes of; characters, monsters, backgrounds, weapons, potions, magic items, and more. The art is all anime style, done using CG cell-shaded style coloring. Artists will be paid on either an hourly or piecework basis. The artists will need to be responsible for concept sketch work as well as producing final art that will go into the finished product.
