C&C welcome, please.

---

Main Entry: ro·bot
Etymology: Czech, from robota compulsory labor; akin to Old High German arabeit trouble, Latin orbus orphaned -- more at ORPHAN - Date: 1923

1 a : a machine that looks like a human being and performs various complex acts (as walking or talking) of a human being; also : a similar but fictional machine whose lack of capacity for human emotions is often emphasized b : an efficient insensitive person who functions automatically

2 : a device that automatically performs complicated often repetitive tasks

3 : a mechanism guided by automatic controls

All those ladies, one way or another match the definitions above (although for some, it's stretching, I admit, but I can explain if necessary.)

100 pts to whoever figures out the lady on the bottom right :)

Not weird science. Earlier than that.

Actually, I had to choose between Kelly LeBrock (Lisa in Wierd Science) and this lady, and since W.S. is well known, I decided to go for the less obvious one.

Yeah, so Croft (I expected that one), is a "robot" insofar as in the video game, she is "a machine that looks like a human being and performs various complex acts (as walking or talking) of a human being".

She's a pixelated entity/program/machine that obeys every command you give her, so in that sense, she's a virtual robot (that's stretching, but it's not totally illogical).

PS: actually, the full title should be ROBOT LADIES IN MOVIES. All those are "robots" and appear in a movie.

Love that Futurama reference you've got in there.

Lucy Liu bot looks dead on the real thing, though Seven of Nine looks a bit off from the real thing. I think that the neck and torso are what's throwing it off. The neck is a bit short, and the body is a little to thick.

The coloring is great on the entire image, and I'm glad you explained Lara Croft since I thought of the movie before the game.
