Hello!
Here we have a digital painting needing some last tips and corrections! Wanna help? ...Especially with the dress and mask - there's a wonderful blur on the curve of her back because I have no idea how it should go. But even the most little thing is welcome. Or then you can just say "It's horrible/awful/boring/flat/I don't like it because of this and this" if you will. I need feedback. T_T
(And my fever is returning so please excuse me any weird things I might say).

Did you have a source for the figure? If so, it would be useful to see it.
Her shoulder blade is way too prominent and oddly placed. It looks almost like a breast, with her head on backwards.
Your outside edges could stand some careful softening, and a darker background might be good.

hmm its very good overall thouhg the thing that strikes me most is that i cant see how the mask stays on - you might wan to think about showing how its attached (piece of string for example)

I really like it, although not having the hat takes alot from it I think :)

I think there are issues with the eye, in comparison to the ear it looks like it is in the wrong place, but it is hard to judge with the mask - so it's a tricky one! I would also say that the braided section of hair looks like it has had less work than the rest of the hair - I only say this cause somehow hair seems to be my strongpoint :D
I also agree with the comm on the shoulderblade, from the main forum page in the thumbnail it did look a bit like a boob. Do u use the function in photoshop that allow you to have 2 windows open of the same project? If not this allows you to keep one image small, and work on details of the other one & you can use the other window for reference to make sure your not losing anything. It's also good if u want to add in a large area of say shading when you dont want to zoom out :D
Window> Arrange> New window for "insert file name here"
Good luck!

Through the darkness of future past
The magician longs to see
One chants out between two worlds
Fire walk with me
:P
This looks great! The only thing that occurs to me is that the hair could use some darker darks.

good work on the hair, but you really need to work on her back some more. looks like someone sneezed on your painting because the rest is really well done.
