Another art project. The shading is coming along slowly but it's coming along. My biggest problem that I see is the toes. Any comments or suggestions?

im just going to put this out there. you could have posted this in your arm thread, and you could have posted these in the sketches section.

Well the arm and the legs are two separate projects and I would like people to focus one particular project at a time. As for sketches, it doesn't seem like you get a lot of good critique there and I mostly just put, well, sketches in it. I could understand maybe putting in the WIP section but it pretty much done, I'm just looking for suggestions and maybe tips. You know get some fresh eyes on it if you know what that means.

No no, your toes are great, it's your right calf that seems a bit skewn to me. Unless he's flexing it that is, in which case the foot should be angled down more. I also see the heel\ankle of the left foot as being a small problem area. But I don't see the toes as being a problem, then again my eye isn't exactly "trained" but I've seen peoples feet before...

quoted from the rules of the critique thread
"New Rule: I would prefer that rough sketches and doodles, even if they are in color be kept to the WIP/SKETCH section or the speed painting section, since there are forums for those areas of art for that very reason. The Critique center would be a place to offer advice on work that is more finalized, and in need of extra assistance. This way we can be more specific about the flaws in the work and offer more helpful advice on what needs to be fixed. I hope thats clear.":P

What you quoted was the exact thing I said in my reply to Adam. This is done, I'm just looking for suggestion on anything I might do to improve it.
Yeah, the right leg is flexed and looking at it the foot is a little off. I'll also grab look over the left ankle again. Thanks for the critique.

I personally think that it is either the heel or the knee on the second one.. I think this is because the knee looks almost in profile view whereas the actual foot kinda looks 3/4..
And.. I think that the heel is coming too far out at the back.
