The Rules:
Anyone ages 13-19 may submit an entry at any time before the deadline. Please host your image on a remote image-hosting site instead of uploading it to the CA server. This makes it much easier to transfer it to the poll thread.

The Topic:
Character: The Wanderer
The wanderer is a character with no real home and no ultimate destination, but aside from that, it's open to interpretation. It's not required that you draw a full environment for your character, but it would probably help.

The Deadline:
Monday, March 5th at midnight PST

Gnoll, I thought it wasn't about the winning at all, and I see nothing wrong to use the extremely inferior pencil, if that's what you like to do/need to practise at/have the time to put up or w/e. ;)

Last minute as usual. I tried to go for something a bit different this time. I don't know much of anything about comics, but the evolution of this was fun. From beginning to end, the mood and story has flipped. Bah, it's not as good as I want it, but I guess I should have started earlier. Maybe I'm just having those usual pre-submission jitters.

I guess I really didn't portray the character that well...I just wanted to design a wanderer...in any event, it was fun. Which is what concept art should be.

Narmo Hey bro thanks! I appreciate the encouragement...and damn. Yours is beautiful. That pristine blue sky is fantastic. What'd you use for the little colorful gust of whatever that's holding him up? Was that a brush you made? Simplistic and stunning. I thought for a second about using flight...but I didn't. Good stuff...
