Most art schools, when you apply if your portfolio is strong, they will give you a scholarship... every semester you can resubmit your portfolio for rewview, and they can bump up your scholarship.. Most will never take away from what they previous gave you, so you can always get more and more money.. :) helps when you pay 7g's a semester..

that is true the easiest way to get a good scholarship is through the school with a strong portfolio and good grades because grades do matter in terms instituitional scholarships.
