my first impression was: cultist. a minion that praises some kind of plague-god. the lighting and skin-texture is beyond my expectations. really sexy on a grotesque kind of way. But again, the eyes. wet marbles staring towards us as if he was staring threw a misty storm.... (wtf did I just say)

I'm glad you appreciate my thoughts. I enjoy writing comments to several pictures, instead of just leaving a simple "Great work man!"

First one is hot but the second one just something amazing. The lighting in the second one really affects the entire piece and it is rocking it. Good job on that! Leo, finish the first one. And do it bigger. Or keep it the same size. BUT FINISH IT. That has a ton of potential and you can use it as a movie cut scene screenshot in a portfolio. Just some thoughts.

Hey Leo, Thanks for cruising by my SB. I've not been here for awhile, and I was in for some lovely eye treats.
You are sensitive to character and type when you design your warriors portraits.
These especially caught my eye. Simple, quick renders, but you don't lose any quality in the face.

Love the last piece! Little evil girls with knives always fascinated me if that doesn't sound weird. Maybe the window could be less distracting, unless, of course, you don't want the focus to be on the girl.
Nice Sargent study also. I guess he's the best choice if one want to learn about brushstrokes.

Wow, I love everything you got going on, esp good stuff on this last page. Great work on the girl with the red background, I love how the red infuses her face and the pattern in the "hair". Imo the most striking image is the one with the lightning bolt, I was wondering what's up with the shape in the background, looks like a giant head with the ears silhouette...

Also like the sketch with the nekkid girl and the helmet, I liked the first version better than the update even though the body is coming along great. NOt sure what I like about take 1 better.
