That's pretty damn sweet! Very cool!

Some crits:

I notice you're using a lot of the same colros and values in both the girl and the ship. It flattens things out
and can be confusing, for example at first I thought the ammo belt on her gun was part of the ship.

More minor crit is her arm could be definted more, and her wrists are a bit odd.

Sweet stuff though! It really looks like you put a lot into this.

I like the backgrond and the colours, great job! ....

But you should work on her anotomy some more. Her hands are to small and her stomach and arms are to long.

But othervise itīs really good :)

I like it, I also really like that eye tattoo thing. Her legs look a bit wrong though.

The anatomy problems that stand out are the lower arms, the plane where you have shadow at above the elbow seems like it shouls be anged more faceing her body(especially the more she pulls the upper arm up, second the pelvis front where the corners of the bone are tappableor make a dimple(superior Illiac spine I think.) isn't really shown, if you are practiceing anatomy it should be there, The leg muscles don't seem there, and the leg shape seems too thin, with no variance at all. Lastly the thumb looks like it could use more meat.
These are just minor problems, I think the biggest thing that could use improvement is the initial gesture, it looks like she is in pain holding this straight on vertically straight pose. Here is a paint over of just a gesture(you could twist this in infinite ways), loose as my junk is.

in it I did some green to emphasize the way the plains there are away from the front. You where already doing this with the legs. Also ignore the arm i drew, it's just green where I think you could hve angled the plane there more.

On the things that stand out as good- definilty solid form on the metal/plastic/leather stuff, tedsou's comment about color was dead on, but you have a very strong base to be able to really easily go back into. good job handling the face, it looks pretty natural!(she's cute!) Good stuff.
