Hi I've recently been working on this painting and i just wanted some useful feedback regards to the image i have painted ....... any crit and usefull advice would be greatful cheers

Keep up the good work :) All it takes is time, practice and perhaps most important is motivation.
Think about edges, can you picture a sheet of paper up next to a cylinder? A cardboard cut out next to a person? In the more 3d objects you are going to see the edges wrap around, picture the lines on a baseball or basketball. So, look at the exterior edges on this womans face, would you say the wrap around or would you say they stop short like a cardboard cut out?
Also, with hair - I think you will find it better to paint hair in locks. If you paint strands then you will have to match that amount of detail everywhere else otherwise it will look out of place. A few strands mixed in with locks wouldn't hurt perhaps.

Practice head proportion. The ear should be the same length as the eyebrow to the bottom of the nose.

Thanks for your guidance guys. I will deffinetely work on the things you have said. Im trying to improve my 2D art work and ill only get there by practice. I think im going to leave this one and get back to it once ive improved myself in certain areas cheers again guys
