Should I knock down the opacity for the dots on the figure? Seems a little too distracting to me, though I'd like to keep the blood saturated
the second pic has the dots with lowered opacity
I'm going to add some more glass. I see the pants need touching up. Any crits would be appreciated

Looks cool, I like the idea for this pic.
A few things I'm seeing:
- Left leg looks too long and it seems to be twisted rather awkwardly. Granted that may be an injury he suffered before or during the fall.
- There needs to be more indication of movement and velocity (I think).
Right now he might be hovering over ground
- There's a fairly strong shadow cast on the wall/sidewalk behind him which
makes me think it's a sunny day but the guy himself looks evenly illuminated which would be more of a cloudy day.
- Minor detail; the right hand cuff looks like it's folded up (because it's significantly wider than the sleeve) but if it was the sleeve would have to stop higher up on the arm.

What cradle said. Also be sure to illustrate according to the mood you want to create. Looking at the subject matter, I'd say this is a pretty dramatic scene but your lighting and colour work doesn't reflect this. Drama = deep shadows, high contrast, strong focal point. Make sure all the aspect of your image is working in the same direction so you don't lose your own plot! :)
hope that helped.

There's definately something awkward about that torso twist/hip area. Now the shoulders and the hips are parallel, maybe you could try tilting the hips the other way?
