Well, hi. I'm new here and to the art scene in general. I've recently started to pick up drawing again. It's always been a love of mine, but I've never really put much time or effort into my work. I did three drawings yesterday. Some of my friends said they look like I have spent many a day on them but the reality is they took me less than maybe 20 minutes max. Parts of them i really rushed (i.e. the wings on the completely shaded guy) just to get the idea in that there is something there but I'm too lazy to actually finish it =/

I just started this thread to see if I could get some help and suggestions on what I need to work on.

P.S. I have never taken any classes drawing or art related, or used any tutorials but I would like to start. If anyone could direct me to a good (free) source please do so.

Below are my three quick sketches, in the order I drew them ( if it matters.)
Maybe I should also mention that some of the details are either smudged away or covered by smudges due to the manhandling of the paper they were drawn on :(

It's a good honest effort!

Sketchbook is the place to go with this stuff. You'll garner a lot more feedback and support there.
