Heh, definately got a lot of action with that smudge too there!

Only problem is that is really obvious that you used smudge.

I'd say straighten out the hadouken blast thing, after all it's blowing everything else away, not itself. Also in the foreground you should paint some unsmudged debris. Maybe some rocks or grass flying at the viewer. :)
