great start, this is still too early to tell but I think cheshire cat had quite a personality, not sure what some of the details were, I am pretty sure one of them was mischievous which it seems you are going for that. I like it! keep it up

i like the atmosphere, but i think that the chesire cat is essencial the smile, almost inverosimil, even his theet remains after he dissapear...

Oh my gosh, this is so adorable! I agree with the other posters - when I clicked this I was expecting a grinning cat, but I really like where this is going as a painting. Really nice color choices, and I like your painting style. I'd love to see any further work you do on this painting, as it is still early and difficult to crit at this stage. Reeally nice start!

Great colors. But this cat seems more sensitive, while that Alice-cat was more.... naughty towards evil or something. So, watch the brows and add a grin.
