Dreams do come true! Looks like a classic game franchise will actually be given the respect it deserves.

Warren Ellis writing, James Jean art directing(!), and maybe some lucky person(s) on this forum providing their talents as well?
"I received an email from an artist yesterday looking for work on the movie and asking if we have chosen an animation studio yet. We are in the early stages of production and have not chosen a studio and won’t be hiring the majority of our artists until later this year. However, we will be starting visual development for the movie in February and will be looking for a limited number of character and creatures designers, background designers, and background painters to establish the look and style of the movie. If you are a great artist, Castlevania is your favorite video game of all time, and you think you have what it takes to help make our movie great, then send a link to your online portfolio or send a digital copy of your portfolio to belmont@castlevaniadraculascurse.com. Even better, send us your portfolio and really impress us by including some specific Castlevania pieces. Positions are limited. The production is based in Southern California but you do not need to live here or move here for these positions."
If I had the skills I'd be all over it, sounds like an amazing opportunity. Check it out. >:D
