@askia: What's the story about? Is she 'important'? What is she holding? Some kind of staff? Assuming it is straight, her arm and hand positioning is 'unlikely'. It appreas the staff is positioned 'through' the character, instead of behind her back.

She 'appears' short, due to the high cut-off of her dress. Her mid-section seem to be non-exsistant.

Everything else looks very promissing. Looking forward to it's development.
