I was just kinda wondering everyones thoughts on the school I'll be attending starting the 5th for Computer Animation. I've be drawing for a long time but w/ large breaks just as i start to get my talent whipped back into shape. Something usually pulls me away so now I'm pushing myself harder in the things I'm practicing to freshen up again before school starts.

Make sure you study traditional classical animation before you get into computer animation. Make sure your figure drawing skills and knowledge of anatomy are what they need to be to animate well. Pixar requires classical animation and will consider people with NO computer animation if the classical skills are first rate. Too many schools are short changing students by cutting down on or cutting out drawing and classical animation.
