Hi! Long time since I posted anytning so I thought I'd start a new sketchbook.
This is part of the harvest of my café sketches. Many cups of coffee and the company of my good friend Mr B.

Some of these have enormous potential. You're an exceptional pencil artist who knows the elephant tusk from common weaponry. Your character designs remind me of "Dinotopia."

I really like the way you shade in pencils. That's exactly what I'm trying to learn a solid technique for myself at the mo. I've always felt more comfy using pens to sketch and shade.

I could learn a lot from your technique I think. Looking forward to seeing some more. :)

Great drawings, love them all.
That guy with armour on his shoulders- I tried to do something like this but didn't quite get it right like you did.
And that ogre with naked bollocks- reminds me of one of my residents as I work in a care home with old people hehehe.

You Scandinavians are the best. I've been to Sweden and Finland- beautiful countries packed with talented people. Well done mate!

LOL, i dunno why, but last one reminds me of Da Vinci's Annunciation :D its coming out really well, great sense of ligh and atmosfear....but pencils are still my favs...keep sharing!

Wow, just looked at your SB for the first time.

Your pencil work is solid. Great use of hatching and definately influential in my eyes.

Your rendering is awesome as well. The statue was a nice touch, and deepening the shadows really made the foreground "pop".

I want to see more paints of your sketches lol.

wow, I liiike thise peinte veri muche!.. maybe make the statue less visible,add more depth to it, more like the color of the sky.now I think it takes to much focus.

also like your pencil work, and those thumbs look very cool, you should try render out the one with the guy looking out from that ship/building, down on the city.
