ok, here is my goldnugget: he is floating in an empty space, if you just hinted at a shadow on the ground you would ad an extra dimension to the picture.
and the right foot is a bit to loose.
fewww that is all I can squeze out of it.

This is really nice. The only crit ( and I'm just looking reaallllllly hard to find one) is that his left knee/gastrocnemius looks pushed in to much towards the center, that it doesn't match with the foot correctly.

Its kind of a funny figure drawing session, it lasts for three hours, but the old guy who runs it has 10-15 minute gestures(way too long) and the breaks often go over 15 minutes once we do settle into the final pose. So I ran out of time on the legs and a few other areas. The final solution that I have come up with is to just pretend that I have all the time in the world to work it out and so I just take whatever time I can in whichever area I want to really nail down and try to "finish" those areas.
I spent most of my time working out the back muscles, which probably aren't perfect...And sorry about the knee... Something I will have to watch out for next time the drawing has already been "fixed".
Here's a gesture drawing from a different session
