Hey Jason,

Yet another fantastic art dump. The dreamquest one isn't showing up, but it did have its own post before.... would love to see it hanging alongside these other beauties though. I wish I got to see you paint that second one. The plane changes in the rear figure's drapery are so subtle and beautiful, and gives the overall painting this soft yet haunting quality.

It was great shootin the shite with you at the workshop. :) I was taking a late night stroll last night, and there was a massive line for the midnight release of a certain expansion, and I thought about our shameful yet hilarious confessionals between you, me, and Darktwin... Good to see it's your portfolio that's expanding instead. ;)

Thanks guys! I'm happy to be able to share more work.

Death: Thanks man. Yeah, it was good to meet a bunch of you guys at the workshop!

romance: Hah - I guess that's the greatest compliment of all :)

character: My favs, too.

Marko Djurdjevic: If only I was a chick :P Thanks man, means a lot coming from you!

JAG.: Thanks :)

Sirio_Brozzi: Thanks, man. I actually do organize it intentionally... haha

vigostar: Thanks!

el coro: Back at you ;)

steak-tron: Thanks man. That's what I think about when I draw - the smooth tunes of michael mcdonald :)

Matt Smith: Hah, thanks :) Yeah, didn't notice I painted so many until I started gathering up all my newest images...

Vulgar: Yeah, I don't know what's up with my whole blue purple phase... Maybe just playing it too safe and not experimenting enough... :P

James Kei: Yeah... I can feel it already... :P

JoshuaTheJames: Thanks. I was trying something different with that - glad you like it :) The fujitsu is working pretty well. The color doesn't get too bad when you tilt it. I'm able to watch movies in bed now :)

Shelly Wan: Aww shucks :P Maybe next time I'll come disguised as a girl and sneek into the thread :)

ArtZealot: Get it on Ebay and save $1000

DavePalumbo: Oh that's regular occurance here in San Francisco :P j/k...?

Mr Man: Thanks! Maybe I'll catch you at another ws.

Mr.Blonde: Thanks :)

Poshspice: Damn, that's hot ;)

Mike Dutton: Yeah, it was great finally talking to you! I know what you mean... people have already started to dissapear into seclusion...

Hi Jason,

I meet you at the workshop and we talked. Well truth be told, I talked and you kind of ignored me. I asked you if you would mentor me. I suggested that it would be best if I moved in with you so I could work right beside you. Well, some time has pasted and you're not responding to my daily emails or hourly phone calls. What’s the problem? You think you’re above me. Maybe I not good enough for the great Jason Chan. Is that it. You'll be sorry. If I can't have you nobody can.

PS
I'm parked outside your place right now going through your garbage...waiting for us to be together... forever.

Killer stuff as always J.

WoWzers! What a post!

I love the muted palette on the second piece, that's gotta be a favourite. But both of those first two are lovely paintings. And your IFX girl is excellent. The Coarse Mop Brush you blocked your colours with is now in my custom palette!

What model tabletPC did you get? What kinda spec? (It's something i'm looking at for extra flexibility in 2007)

Your posts are always a treat........
