Alright Puddnhead!!! Woohoo...I go to your site all the time man. Your stuff is awesome. These sketches are phenomenal too...I like the spontaneity inherent in them. That motorcycle concept is awesome as well as the others. Hey I went to your site recently...You are working on that movie Pirates of the Caribbean?? The Bruckheimer production due out soon? That is awesome! You got mad skills man...please post more around here...your stuff rocks.

Puddinhead has the best sketchbooks I have ever seen in person, these are only a sample. I could probably count the times I have seen him without a sketchbook on one hand. HE is one of the most dedicated artists I have ever met.

Thanks for posting Punnin:)

It's great to see the transition between the initial lines and the finished areas in each of these sketches. this is the best pencil work i have seen.

i'd love to know if you paint over the top of it, or just use it as reference for the final paintings (when there is a final painting of course - most of these are adequate as final pieces in themselves in my opinion)

keep it up man

Hey Kevin,
do you use just a regular pencil for your sketches or any kind of special graphite tool?

So you're the Puddnhead? The one that did the Atog for Magic: The Gathering's Mirrodin base set? If so, I would love to see more of your work. Every card you do is an instant favorite of mine. I haven't looked threw the "Monster Manual" for Dungeons and Dragons, but if you've graced it maybe I should take a look.
