he means "süß" but that word has two cryptic signs in it, so he just said... "suess".

hiä tränslä-ischn:

1)pretty colourful / please.../ ...i always wanted them!

2)fix it fine orderly here / can do some myself

3)right now the green / pretty for first / enough with green-now some this way

4)here comes my blue deluxe / maybe i should add some red,that could be nice

Was'n hier eigentlich los? Alles Leute, die der deutschen Sprache mächtig sind und trotzdem nichts kapieren und doch erklären, aber am Ende nur Bahnhof verstehen ;)

Ich hab' die Geschichte auch nicht verstanden und "süß" ist halt suess...die sehen doch suess aus die kleinen Dinger...

Well,incognito is rigth...
it has some background,if you get told to dress in a certin way,go at a time you are told to a place you are told and do what you are told,knowing your deep trust is holy,then you know the background of this little knuddly-wuddly-story.
If not it's just so allgemein wie incognito das so sieht.
Seit Ende letzten Jahres sind sie nicht mehr so farbbetont,gestikulieren aber gern weiterhin.

"so allgemein" just means "in common".
In the next sentence i said their intention of dressing in specific colour decreased at the end of last year,so it's just a detail of the inspiring background...
