On the first one, I think you could do without the hard black outline around the face and eyes. It just kinda throws me off, because other areas of the face are painted more realistically, without the outlines.
I really like the second one, nothing to critique on that one. Good job.

Quite neat. Not too keen on the colours of the first one.. and the outlines as Wox mentioned. I think what's killing this piece for me is the yellow.. it's too ermm... messy looking.

The robot one... the blue light seems a little off in places... like you haven't thought too much about it.. there are places it should hit which it doesn't.

The bot is still cool tho.. I'm just being petty as usual.
