edge of the abyss

hoping to get a critique. started off in painter, finished in photoshop.
i think i'm almost done, i'm going with a more stylized look. the dragon is supposed to look stylistically different because it's imaginary.

thats a great style, but i have one critique: the two persons have a different style like the background. i dont know if you do it with intention, but im my eyes it looks diffrent. the mans pose is not the best, he is too stiff
the other things are great, i love the background, and the pose of the girl.
its a good work!

thanks for the crit. i tried to add textures to the characters to unify it more with the background.

my reason for the stiffness is the idea that it's not easy to go down that path, he's still hesitant.

with the texture on the persons its much better, lookin great actually. I like the feel of it - to me the child looks so lively because it can imagine all that funny coloured stuff, the adult is stiff and depressive because hes lacking of this ability and just sees the porn stuff :x

*G* Because of the big dragon head I was actually remembered of Dino Crisis. XD (I played it just a week ago)
