I've yet to recieve any real criticism on this piece, so go at it, guys.
It is titled Verde y Anajaranjado and I drew it a month ago on printer paper, with blue ballpoint pen, an orange highlighter and a green prisma marker.

I'm particularly looking for tips on cliches (i am always very worried about whether my art is original or not), design, color, and composition, not so much anatomy.

And although this is somewhat unrelated, I'd appreciate any and all pointers you might be able to throw out about colleges. I'm a high school sophomore that's interested in graphic design and video game design, the only school I've heard anything good about so far for design is MICA which I do not think that I will be able to manage without a great deal of scholarship money.

And another question, what to do about signatures?
I hate signing my work because it always manages to mess up the balance somehow. Maybe I'll just have to watermark it or something.

...And a final question. Too much white?

The angle of the art is cool, but it might be a little to homo-erotic. Im not saying that s why you havent got any comments, but who knows. nice sketch though. You should try to color the whole piece. that would show more depth, detail, light and balance..And you might get more critiques...

Homo-erotic? Weird haha, cause this is the first time I saw it that way. When I drew it, it was not a sexual piece at all. It reminds me more of two-facedness than sexuality, actually

I'm not really sure about coloring it, but it's definitely a good suggestion. And it would probably inspire more critiques, you're very right about that. White space can be handled well, but color is always better probably.

...I actually really like the idea of coloring it whoah.
