woo! good stuff, I really like cliff city and the tree villas. I too would like to see more; what else have you been doing since the days of Krazy-Kan?

Thanks fellas!

Incognito: I see what you are saying about the calf. Thank you. The environment pieces take the longest: probably about 4 hours give or take.

Brendan: Hey! Another fellow SU grad! I have been doing various freelance stuff and a brief stint in online game-design since I put the Kan into retirement. Every now and then he toys with the idea of making a comeback, but so far no one has made him a decent offer!

I looked at your site: Nice stuff! When did you graduate?

Sean,

I graduated in 2001, but I've been doing far too little artwork since then (and being paid to do little of what I did do!). Almost everything you saw on my website is a year or more old. I'll be making a post in this forum later tonight with some recent stuff, though.

Good to see you again muttonhead,

you have some beutiful enviroments (have no idea how you spell that one!)
and the sphere house on the tree is the most original in my opinion. It's ready to be coloured you know?

good shit mutton

id love to see the environments fully painted

on the first environ--maybe there could be some sorta rope elevators or somn. If youlived in the top castle you wouldnt want to walk down a mountain of stairs to get some broccoli for dinner.
love teh hunched creature--i really want to see his walk cycle animated...

The city is amazing!!!! It's got that 'damn I wish I could do that' look. The tree is interesting but I wish it looked more homey and inviting... it reminds me of something diseased right now. The creatures are very cliche, but that's probably just me. Technique is unbelievable on everything!

i love that last piece, the line work is beautiful, great motion in the pose, you can almost feel the thing growing or comming out of his back.

Marc-

Thanks man! How's it going?

I checked out your website for the first time: really great stuff! I especially like the crab-thing, but that's probably because I am biased towards anything with kick-ass crab-claws!

Hope all is well with you! Take care!

Thanks to everyone else for the comments! I really appreciate it!

Very nice indeed! I like the second one the most, with the trees. Amazing how you define the form of the foliage.
