Hello All,
I thought that I would end my carrier as prowler/lurker and post something.
Here are a some game character sketches, doodles really.
..Will try to post the rest before weeks end..Maybe there could be oodles of the forementioned doodles.
Cow meets Flea and does the nasty:
Not sure about the scale yet, but the creepy sucklings will be smaller.

Eye balls and sharp metal things get done by the nasty:

BTW : I hope to find another place to post these soon. The server has gone http(s). The cookie is harmless, but maybe annoying.

welcome to CA. nice studies here, hope to see more anatomy studies, life studies, and some fully rendered pics. Also you seem to have the fuzzy line sydrome, when you draw, you should use more confident strokes to produce a cleaner pic. Keep posting.
My Sketchbook- C&C very welcome

Small update:
Pencil sketch like the rest.
Deep Sea Creature inspired MerPerson. The webbed feet and finger always seems a little too derived for me. Hopefully will have time to build a better flipper with the next study.
Hey Envisor,
thanks for the feedback.

Had some time this morning before work. Threw a little colour on the sketch. Some perspective issues, but if I don't hate it this weekend I'll post another update..or maybe more monsters?

Thanks for the good words.
Here is probably the one and only sketch this morning. I feel like maybe doing a pinup next of one of these DeepMer creatures. I am conceptually torn between the subtle mutation and full blow wierd. The subtle is easier. Though I haven't used any reference yet; I won't have a problem with the more human type. 76669

Hej wareagle,
thanks for the feedback. Your sketchbook is having a good start as well.
A small update.
A quick sketch to test Painter out.
No real experience with the program and I have had a copy with my wacom.
Every time a start something in photoshop and feel like I want to turn the canvas, I curse and kick myself for not installing Painter.

Getting busy at the day job and not alot of time for finished work. Think I have a storyboard gig coming up. Will try to post those here if I can. The two sketched above were in photoshop. They are warmup for the pinup MerGirl.
Thanks for the encouraging words.

Here is the underpainting I did for the pinup. I feel like it is too fussy a start and I am not sure about the paiting style. So I will tryout a few things before I start on it again...
