These look good. Maybe put a bit more detail into the top eyelids of the first picture, and eyelashes, also perhaps give the mouth more symetry. But very good :)

Welcome to CA. Your anatamy needs work, but you're heading in the right direction. Doing good on the values in your pics as well. Try doing some life drawing and figure studies to keep your mind fresh and your hand drawing. Keep up the good work.
