Thanks newb, Im new to these forums here. Too bad my scans came out pretty bad, I used a .gif. Maybe I should have uploaded jpegs? They look really compressed. Anyone know a better way to post pics here, I dont like how they are stacked on top. Am i better off posting them individually? But yeah theres some really good artists here on CA, hope they get a chance to see my work and crit. Oh and how can I have a link to my sketchbook every time I post? Thanks

I upload my jpegs using www.imageshack.us I find it quick and easy. I'm fairly new myself, but your art is better than mine, i have posted a piece of work further down the forum page if you wanna see it, did it this afternoon. Check the forum FAQ's about links to sketchbooks, it answers most things in there. Cheers, keep posting:)

Monthly update. Crits Please. Prismacolor markers are alot of fun and challenging, I recommend them. But dont get too comfortable with a certain medium/approach. Thanks guys.

It is interesting that you always use the soft prismacolor, I would suggest for you to try different materials, it's always fun to experiment with that.

its been way too long since my last post here. I know she is off balance, whatever...

So I've been doin some comic style art for a few reasons. One being that using pens and markers will help me in deciding where to place lines and values. I'm trying to break my habits of arbitrary lines and such and focus more on cleaning up my stlye! Old habits are hard to break! I like to work loosely so I thought this was a good way to discipline myself. Enjoy.

I have some down time at the print shop where I work. So instead of counting ceiling tiles in between prints, I did some drawing from a popular anatomy book. It was fun and it made my shift go by quickly.
