OK, we've established that you can draw. Now you really need to work on backgrounds, and integrating your figures into an environment. The first pic essentially has no background; the green stripe doesn't count, although it could if it were placed more deliberately. The canvas texture on the next three is way too prominent, it clashes and draws attention away from the characters. The pencil drawing could basically be divided in half, with backgound on the left and figure on the right. They look like two different pictures. Thong girl's background is problematic, too. At first I assumed that it was supposed to be waves, but the color and handling look more like blowing snowdrifts. If that is what they are then the concept isn't clear enough.

You hit the point Elwell- backgrounds are my nightmare;) It is because my primary objective in picture is char, and when I'm finish him then I'm starting to think about background:/ But I'm working upon it.

I think you could enlarge some of the squares, it seems to be too much white. Also that is one big tear that lady drips!

In the first post I prefer the traditional ones although they look pretty reference-ish.

I love the pic with the girl and the gun standing over the mountains. It be even cooler if it had a castle and a Pegasus or a dragon flying about, though.

Personally I think he's your best drawn cahracter concept. He shows emotion through his pose and face. You get a good feel for what his character is like. While you other pics ( zombie, girl with gun ect ) sort of stand there looking blank and lifeless. All together the crpg from those pics sound very, very inviting. Bring more pics dood!
