I saw this before on CGTalk too. I like the changes you made. I LOOOVE that blood you added to it. The picture has a really great story telling quality to it. Who's the guy? Why is he running? What did he do? Questions like that pop up. So, good job. Only thing that still bothers me is the amount of white coming from the cop car. I know they have bright lights, but it's a little distracting. I wish the color overall could be a little more intensified, but I know it's hard to do with these lighting conditions.

I like the drinking and driving is for idiots thing in the very very background. Oh, and good job.

capone: It was drawn (if you can call it that) in illustrator to work out the basic perspective. The figure was painted from a photo reference of myself. Everything else was fabricated in photoshop.

I've now added some volumetric light to the piece.
