Both of her shoulders would have to be closer to the viewer for her arms to be that way. Make that pose in front of a mirror, you'll see it. Right now, her shoulders are positioned like she was standing straight up

also, I kind of take issue with the grip on the lollipop. the way the hand is makes it look like she should be holding the stick between her thumb and index finger, not where you put it

The shoulders are uneven. Wider shoulders, wider hips. I'm thinking the body you're drawing now is too long for the face/head, so be careful there.
