This is a very stylized form of art, and the reaction you get is going to vary simply by the tastes of the viewer. Some will, such as Gerinomo here, really love it, while others, such as myself, will dislike like it. The fourth one (of the amazon) shows a real lacking knowledge of anatomy (the structures of the neck being long random masses apart from the clavicle, and the skull having no real form besides the mouth and nose area), along with a stiff pose. Very little can be shown with a perfect profile (very little, referring to form). The others just really aren't my bowl of soup. I've never been the biggest abstract fan. But if I had to pick one I liked it would have to be the last one.

about the work:
you've got some potential for sure. but right now everything feels... "filtery" if thats a word... dont get me wrong, i can tell that you aren't using filters, but they still feel that way. that whole wishy washy airy "trippy" color blurs and whatnot.....
anyway, first, if i were you i'd post the images SMALLER so that people dont have to scroll all over the place to see the whole image.
second, judging from the blk/white one, focus on anatomy.
keep playing with lots of colors, but give them a purpose. right now they're only there for the "trippy" foggy air crap. and that means absolutely nothing. you also seem to only be doing faces... 5 out of 6 images are only faces... GO FURTHER. a face floating in a wave isn't very cool... try giving him a neck and shoulders, hints of arms, like he IS the wave, right now its like the wave is pooping his face out...haha, like his face is a prarrie-dogging turd... O_o
did any of that make sense?

They are very large, what I see of them looks cool, however it is difficult to say, since I cannot see the entire image(s) at the same time. What I see looks good though, I do see anatomical issues though. Keep up the good work. :)

Make them smaller its hard to critic work that we cant see as a whole.
:smaller: I can see some proportions mistakes too, but I cant tell with the current size.

I agree with some of the anatomy comments, but in my opinion, art is at its best when the imperfections perfect it and make it as individual and beautiful as real life. I feel that these pieces are examples of that. I applaud his colors and the form. However I do agree that it wont fit everyones taste. Good work all around, keep it up.=)

man i didnt expect so many advices, but i like that. well in my defence i only have to say that i like faces so much because thats the best of the body i can do rigth and still... i agree, it's not everyone who likes my stuff, and i'm sorry because i didnt thing that it would be so big,,, it is really big. when your wrote about anatomy, i was really amazed, ok almoust because thats exactly the mistake i do over and over again. i dont know if it is about my eyes not beeing trained or my hand of lack of practice...
... thaks for the critics, it helps a lot, i'm still kind of lost inside CA...

oh, and geronimo is not my boyfriend, if that was the idea reading his coment....
