here's the newest sketches.
winter break is great becaus i can get a lot of drawing in. the school year....not so much. :(
soon, i'll have an art class :) so i'll be able to draw a lot more. i'm out of praactice.
wow, the little boy's legs are so off.
one thing that i've always sheepishly avoided are hands.
i just can't seem to make them fir with the body.
i've also had this problem recently where i draw the face too long. the chin is too long and the space between the eyes and the side of the head is too much. i'm not sure how to correct this though. it looks funny everytime i try and do it right.

here's a "painted" version of the orc/robo. i don't have my wacomb with me now (but i have a scannar finally:) ) so this was more just for figuring the color

this is something that i did with a touch pad at school because i was very very bored and dodn't have a mouse or wacomb. foolishly, it was done on one layer :$ beucase i was not paying attention. the stuff on his tenticlas was a mistake that i could not ersase easily. i have to paint over it. i plan to though.

I liked the ninja-like eyeballs-appearing-out-of-nothing. Nice paintings. How about some three-quarter views on the heads?

i'll def do some 3/4 skeches. i've always had a really hard time with that .
one slight setback is that i don't have the scannar any more. so i can't scan in the sketches that i do. so i might not be able to post them for a while, but i'll def practice.

here's a painting that i did a while a go. the proporations of the face are pretty off. and the neck is too small. i also had trouble with the hair.

here's some new sketches. i'm trying to work on anatomy.
i drew a bunch of hands, because that's something that i really really can not do.
on one page i timed myself for no particular reason. so that's what the numbers are.
i think that i might try and paint the little girl.
