ugly ogre

This is my first post and i'd like to say this forum is awsome.
The ogre is actually for a friend who wanted to model it.

The most obvious thing is that this image NEEEDS more contrast!
Everything is a halftone, except for the unnecessary and kind of annoying outline.
Try to bring out some forms by giving them more contrast.
Its too hard to decipher this guy as he is.
