I've done everything I can think of to render these two. This project is a tryout piece for a job at an animation studio, so it's important that I fix them. The first is supposed to be cartooney, the second more realistic. http://members.fortunecity.com/wowbobs/nightcity.JPG http://members.fortunecity.com/wowbobs/sunsetcity.JPG

Anything you can think of would be appreciated, no matter how harsh. I want all the help I can get on this stuff. Please note that the drawing isn't mine, so I have to work with what the boss sent me. It's due sometime on Friday, but since I don't plan on sleeping tonight, I have PLENTY of time! Thanks for all your help!

Somebody PLEASE say something about this stuff, even if you think it sucks. I would appreciate it. Tank you!

As to "wrong forum," I posted this on that other forum, too. No one's critiquing this anyway, so it makes no difference. I know it's not dragons and naked people fornicating, but lighting is lighting, and I'm sure someone who sees this could give me a few tips regardless. Whatever.

Gee. before you go and insult us for not commenting, you might want to fix those broken image links.

Hey, I didn't mean any of this insultingly. Personally I think dragons and people fornicating are much more interesting than most cartooney cityscapes. It was just a personal frustration. And if anyone has any suggestions on a reliable site to link images from, though, (without getting my own domain name) let me know if you could. I've been trying to get this to work for awhile now. Thanks!
