hello guys i'm from india doing my BA in 3d animation

In my college they provide 4 degrees
BA in 3d Animation, Visual effects, Game design, Game development.

I wanna become concept artist, the prob is i got confused

" is 3d animation is good for concept design artist or game design ".

I mean what looks good when i complete my degree, which supports better when i go to foriegn countries for further studies & job side too, which help me to go to both films and games, good backup what ever...from everyside.

i like to do concept designing both CG films and games

guys who have better knowledge about this subject please reply,
dont give any silly replies because i'm in the first year 1st semester
completed this is the time for anything to change i cant change later.

If you want to be doing concept art, don’t waste your time studying 3D animation. You want to study illustration or some other art form that is mostly made up of drawing and painting from observation and imagination. None of those degrees is going to help you much, unless you wish to first start a career in animation, effects, game design, or game development.

The game development might briefly cover concept art, but chances are it’s going to be a footnote. You need to find out what these curriculums cover.

About degrees: the degree you get won’t matter. It’s the education that you get that will matter. So find out what education is going to teach you to draw anything and everything from your imagination.
