Hello everyone. I thought I'd post some work from the "Drawing from the Masters" class I took this semester at MICA.

Here are a couple of sculpture drawings done at the museum:

I actually have more, but did not have enough time to scan them all in. As soon as I can do that I'll post them up.

WOW at the Da Vinci copy, I've seen the original on ARC and this one is a faithful rendition...

I really like the pencil drawings, and th watercolours are interesting as well.

What medium did you use for the Da Vinci copy? And how old are you?

Sorry for having so many questions, lol. =)

Thanks for the comments. The Da Vinci is coffe with charcoal, conte and pastel on Rives BFK tan paper. I was able to do it life size (life size to the copy I have) because I bought this awesome Da Vinci book with huge, detailed reproductions. It's a book by Taschen. It's definitely worth anyone's money! The ARC image is actually really inaccurate as far as colors and value. The book reproduction is lighter, and has a much crisper quality to it (it's a really good book).

Thanks a lot. I tried taking pictures with my camera, but they just don't come out well. I'll definitely wait until I can get my hands on a good scanner. I have a couple of michelangelos, a rubens, and some others still.
