Great work on this here forum! The lead team of artists on the site do great work themselves! Thought I'd join in the forum sharesome of my work. C&C is surely welcome.
Here's a recent piece I painted in PS6-no reference used:

Not bad, I like this slighly stylised drawing. You did imho a good job on her T-Shirt. I would think about adding a background even a stylised or abstract one - now the picture seems a little bit empty.

Hey,
This is a refreshing change in subject. Its nice that youre painting a woman instead of the usual blood and gore demon type. In my opinion..i think youre really being confident in trying to get skin tone and clothing down, i thinkg those are harder tasks to handle because they have to be subtle yet convincing. You convinced me. I like the womans face alot. No one makes their women pretty anymore.:) Good Good

Thanks folks. I agree that a background would help to finished the image, but my goal here was to focus on the figure. I'll try and get some more posted in the next few days, some older—some newer. Thanks for having a look!

The style reminds me of my dad's old 50's car advertisements. The hair is probably what makes me think this, it seems to stand out more in the detail shot.
I'd like to see more of your stuff.

great piece, the only thing i see that could be questionable is the left cheek. if the light is hitting it, why is it shadowed... it looks concave to me if that's the only light source. or a bruise. yeah, i guess it could be that she got into a fight.. i mean, after all, she is a tough girl... so yeah, nevermind.

Is the left leg shorter than the right? The hip seems tilted...
Not sure. Trousers are a bit flat at the waist.
Nice pic though!
