its photoshop, what does illustrator do? im just curious why you asked is all thanks.

Adobe Illustrator does vector-based art, while Photoshop, as you know, does pixel-based. Illustrator basicly enables you to make an image and have it be as small as a button or as big as a wall and look just as good. Its pretty useful, but not too great for drawing, from my personal experience. I use Photoshop.

But yeah, there you go. Your picture does look like it might have been done in Illustrator.
