Instead of writing notes, I recorded lectures to my MP3 player... problem is, they didnt come out as good as i would have liked... you can hear whats being said, but its not very clear, plus a lot of background noise and echoing gets in the way of the vocals... I think they can be greatly improved by someone who knows what they're doing... anyone wanna give it a shot?

Yeah, I tried to videotape parts of Dan Milligan's lecture and was really disappointed that the sound was inaudible. :( Granted, it was on my digital camera that I got in my senior year in high school... So I guess I shouldn't expect much.

actually the sound from my camcorder came out a lot better than my voice recorder, which is wierd, i should get a better mic

I think Max Xiantu is a professional sound editor...if you are really nice and promise to be his art-slave for a year he might help you out.

my roomate is a sound engineer, he might be able to help. I could ask him to try and clean up the sound for you. Email me at if the files arent too large to upload send them my way and ill have him take a whack at it.

cool, thanks guys... yeah they arent too big, the largest file is 14 mb's i think
