Ok, well im working on a new project now for a cartoon. Im hoping this one wont turn out as badley the other one did. Im not entirely done with everything yet but right now im working on a new style and really rough concepts of what might be in it.
ok so here is a really rough scan of a land scape a drew a while ago.
All critiques welcome!

Well it looks fun and cartoony in a simple way. I recommend you revisit some level adjustments - looks like a blue blotch in the middle somewhere. Also check your line quality - some areas may have thicker line widths to add accents.

Like spftocean said, variety in the thicknes of the lines will add a more dynamic look. It won't be too stiff. Also, although this is just a rough concept, don't forget to ass shadows with the pen here and there. This way, you can much more easily tell the different buildings apart.
Good luck with the project! It's looking interesting this far.
