i thought i'd share this guy with my fello CA's
Lebbeus Woods
he is primarily an architecht/theorist,

but i find his art totaly relevent to what we do here.

Oh man, I stumbled across his "Radical Reconstruction" book a few years ago and immediatly picked it up. Facinating stuff, and really excellent drawings. the book that I have is all about using anarchic/organic reconstruction methods to rebuild areas destoryed by natural and man made disasters. Theres a really dense essay on it at the beginning that changed the whole way I thought about architecture. Unfortunatly I haven't been able to find much more by him.

I believe he sued (and won) some production house for stealing his design for that chair with the ball-thing infront of it for use in 12 Monkies.
