Orc Witch Concept

This is my first post here, althought I have been lurking for a while. It is an Orc Witch done in the playful style of WarCraft. The red stuff is Blood Henna. Done with pencils and touched up and coloured in Photoshop. I probably should have inked it, but I am not very good at inking. Any tips, ideas, methods, crits, or comments are appreciated. Thanks all.
