Hello. I'm relatively new to the forum. This is a study from the other night. Color is still a problem for me, so I painted this in monochrome. Oil. Comments and Crits are appreciated.

You didn't have money? Aren't Art Center workshops free to attend? =) Or have I been ripping them off all these years? lol.

Awesome Treb!
Way to go, that's the way I was doing it for year while I was in school and broke.
Cool painting...I like your stroke and your value. Can't wait to see your next one.

Hahah. Yeah, but I mean, seriously, aren't Art Center workshops free to attend to begin with? Or have I seriously ripped off the school without knowing?

I have no idea, never been there. But I guess it should be free for the students in their school. If you are not, then I guess so. But that's a good thing. 'cuz most of the kids don't even know how lucky they are to have such free session.

Ron,
Thank you for the compliment. It means a lot. I forget which blue. I think it was prussian, and black. I figured It was a good color.
