Hello there!
I dont know why u dont draw more often u can be really good at it...
...tough i reccomend to draw your own stuff and study from real life...

About crits only thing is that perspective on that road pic is really odd and shadows are sortof incomplete they just stop in the middle!

...dunno what to say... :P
...uhm keep up! :D

Thanks for commenting on my page. I only use pencils to understand colors better. I dont plan on using chalk any time in the future. Listen may want to do some 3d studys soon. You cant have flat images.

heehee!
I like the Tony Moore drawing! That is awesome! Full of character, for sure!
For the werewolf guy, you should define his muscels a little more with value and you will be tons more satisfied.
The lion looks good, but I think you should draw his whole mane out if you are just leaving it as a head shot. The right part of his lip could have been a little lower. But that is just being picky.
That falcon is awesome too.
<3
Great work!
Let's see some more!
:D

Hi Miro,
you have some really nice sketches here!! :)
anyway, there are a couple of books you might find helpful for anatomy..
- Andrew Lumis, 'Figure Drawing'
- Ken Hulgtren, ' The art of animal drawing'
although I'm not sure where you can find them on the net and stuff 0_o
keep up the good work!!

hey man thanks for the nice comment on my sketchbook, u keep working hard too!

as for sources of learning anatomy, as koopas said andrew LOOMIS is a great inspiration, also some other authors of great anatomy books would be brigman and hogarth....in fact, Mentler's thread (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=26748&pp=60) on CA is incredibly helpful so make sure u check that out :yayca:

PS: i would suggest u investing in a scanner :P

thanks for the info :) i'll sure try to keep an eye on Mentler's thread too
about the scanner, somewhere this weekend/next week i'll try to get my work scanned in, a friend of mine has a scanner
so, again my apologies for the crappy quality :}:bashful:

Hey there Miro, and thanks for posting in my SB :)

Nice stuff in here! The Tony Moore-drawing has a funny expression ^^
My tips:
1) Get a scanner xD It's been said several times, but still... GET A SCANNER xD
2) Study anatomy! Use the books that PaperX suggested, they will help you out a lot if you put your heart into it!
3) Draaaaaw! Just keep drawing :D

Keep it up!

Sweet shit Miro!
Can't wait for the finished version of that last woman you drew.
The elf too is very nice. I think it could use a little more shading.
...and may I ask what is a Molly?

Hey Miro.

The drawings look clean. Don't know if I can suggest anything better then Zynic did. You've got a start, just keep going from here, drawing everyday and it will work out. As it's been said many many (many) times, there's no faster way to do this, just keep practising. Do refed work, master studies, life drawings, imaginational work, it's all good for you and me and everyone.
And why are you so happy to become 17, eh? I remember I was like "oh hell, I didn't become as good as they at this age", haha. It's just me though, ignore it.
