hi, im new here. i have been a long time lurker but my teacher said post here, so here i am. This is some stuff from this quarter at shool. ok, all the wierd blue bg's are for a short i did called "a bards tale", those and the 2 really colorful backrounds are for the same class. Some of them are not worth posting tho, hehe.the other stuff is for my character and object design class.tell my what u think plz. thanks

here are some of my drawings from this quarter. as you can see i really need to work on anatomy. i think most of these are between 3 to 6 minutes. the head is like 15. any crits would be appreciated, thanks!

i like your "weird blue ones"! The first image has a great sense of atmosphere and light, i think it works really well. I'm glad that your teacher convinced you to post here.

I agree that your anatomy needs a bit more work, (so does most peoples) but then they are only quick sketches. Just keep up life drawing that will help sort out your anatomy. The terra pic is a great concept, but you have simplified the hands a bit too much, and her left arm looks a bit like a tube, with the wrist looking a bit strange (well in my opinion). It amy be an idea to do a series of studies of hands or parts of the body that you find complicated. I know that helps me.

Good environments! The snow ones are really good. They have a real emotion even though it's just snow and tracks. Lonely. I like how they're constructed from just some brush strokes. Reminds me of Paul Lasaine (LOTR)
