her shoulders are nice, but her palms seem really short, and... does she have toes?

There is also something wrong with the left foot. it's not really in a natural position. other than that the piece is cool man. good work.

Personally, I would recommend a person never use poser. Not for 3d and not for reference. Like this picture, all of the art I have seen come out of poser seems really stiff (gestures) and unbelievable poses. Always looks unnatural... always. Besides, is it that much harder to just ask someone to stand like that and take a picture of them?

Unless she is stepping up onto something, her feet are not on the same plane. Also, it seems part of her hip is missing from the leg that is bent.

You would need to move her left foot down more towards her right and have her leg bent less, or you would need to make her foot point down so she is balancing herself on her toes.
