This one's been on hold for a while. Had some time lately to make some changes, thought I'd put it out there for some feedback.

Hmmm.... 5 days and no posts. Not sure if that's a good thing or not. Either way here's the updated version.

i really like the idea you have goin here. the way you've set it up is great. i think there a few things that need to be addressed though.

the perspective of the walll he is crouching behind and the perspective of the building on the left don't quite match up. to be honest, i'm not sure what is causing it, but something seems off. maybe its the way the top part of that wall is pitching toward the doors.

also, the doors seem a bit flat to me, the handles need a little more depth

other than that it looks great and has a lot of potential! good work

hey groady, nice touch with the blood splatter....like they say...blood and guts always sells...
I guess the only thought I have is that when looking at the entire piece, I want the guy with the gun to be the main focus, but with the bright light of the cop car, he gets a little bit lost, and even though I said I like the blood splatter....I find my eye being pulled to that spot also....but maybe that's what you were going for...I don't know!,

Sep: I wanted to make it apparent that he was hiding in the shadow of the police search light. It's a bit hard to tell what will catch people's eyes first when creating a piece.

I've posted the final in the finished section here. (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8640)
