love the conan obrien rendering. Be careful of the anatomy on the comic characters, it looks like some anatomy parts are just being lumped together rather than being clearly defined. Some anatomy studies may be helpful.

Woah, just realized I got a reply :dur:

I know what you mean with the superhero anatomy; My problem is I still tend to draw characters in their full form, working outwards, rather than sketching their gesture first.. And since I don't have any discerning eyes around me other than myself and the internet (i.e., you people), mistakes can happen

I've not attended a figure drawing class in quite a long time though.. Could use a bit of brushing up

I really, really like your bird, Im staring at it for too long. The beak doesn't look quite quite right, or maybe it's just me, I don't think I ever saw that kind of bird.

You actually can edit the title of your post. Just go into edit, then advanced, then edit away.
