WIP: Big Fish Little Fish

Hey all, I'm new here on conceptart.org, but I'm trying to sink my teeth into the weekly activities... kind of an excuse to get motivated about personal work. Below is a sketch that I tried to take a little bit further. I want to take the image further into the next level, and would love some tips or ideas.

Cute drawing. The line work looks a little messy to me right now.
I think it might help your composition of the big fish wasn't so vertical.
He might work better in a curved shape and would fit in the space better.
